Methods Process Analyst - Boeing Test & Evaluation (Entry Level, Associate or Experienced)
Job Description Qualifications:
Boeing Test & Evaluation Industrial Engineering team is seeking a Methods Process Analysts to join our team in Seattle or Tukwila Washington.
In this role you will be supporting Fabrication, Assembly, Set-Up, and Test (FAST) as a FAST Program Leader. The FAST Program leader has primary responsibility for integrating, optimizing and overseeing program planning, execution and visibility. This includes requirements, schedule, cost and resource planning. In this position you will be directly working with customers that FAST supports and will be the primary contact for the program.

Our teams are currently hiring for a broad range of experience levels including; Entry-Level, Associate, and Experienced Level Analysts.
Position responsibilities:
Support Leadership in Program Management activity across the organization
Act as single point of contact for program related activities across the organization
Provide program visibility to Leadership
Review individual project team performance to plan and work to coordinate actions to ensure project stays on plan
Act as organizational Control Account Manager (CAM) as required
Review budget allocations to ensure we have balanced approach to managing organization’s resources
Lead development of organizational project risks and issues with focus on mitigation strategy
Oversee assessment of the impact of the changes that occur to cost, schedule, resources and delivery
Oversee modifications to existing plans and obtains approval for plan changes
Participates in negotiations to support schedule commitments or statement of work impacts
Lead development of test program labor hour estimates for new or revised work packages to support program business plans
Lead and ensure implementation of recovery planning when required
Excellent presentation and communications skills necessary
Analyze change to baseline plan
Lead development of Program metrics
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite in Seattle or Tukwila Washington.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent or higher
Experience with Project Planning, Scheduling, Project Management or related experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Project
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
3 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
6 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Business Management, Data Analytics, Marketing, Economics, Math, Industrial Technology, Engineering Technology, Operations Management, or Supply Chain Management.
Experience with working cross functionally with Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Engineering, and Program
Ability to gather data to understand statement of work requirements
Experience developing metrics and using metrics to drive results and improve the business
Experience with production or test environments.
Typical Education/Experience:
Entry-Level (Level 1) Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. 4 years' related work experience).
Associate (Level 2) Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 3 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master +1 years' related work experience, 7 years' related work experience, etc.).
Experienced (Level 3): Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 6 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master +4 years' related work experience, 10 years' related work experience, etc.).

Summary pay range for Entry-Level: $56,100 - $75,900
Summary pay range for Associate: $66,300 - $89,700
Summary pay range for Experienced: $85,000 - $115,000
