Job Description Qualifications:
The Industrial Engineering team within Boeing Commercial Airplanes is seeking Entry Level or Associate Methods Process Analysts to join our growing team located in either Everett, Renton, Seattle, Auburn, or Puyallup, Washington, USA.
The ideal candidate will apply business acumen and knowledge to partner with cross functional teams from production operations, engineering, quality, supplier management, materials management, and program management to achieve organizational business goals and objectives.

Position Overview:
Our Methods Process Analysts will start by learning the production build processes of their organization, while developing an understanding of the Industrial Engineering Services Wheel and statement of work. You’ll be integrated into stabilizing the production system, implementing lean methodologies, assessing and performing to rate readiness requirements, as well as improving quality through root cause analysis.
Candidates will be engaging with all manufacturing, engineering, and production-supporting organizations and should be a self-starter as well as a collaborative team player. Primary Responsibilities:
All tasks below are conducted under the guidance of an experienced team member and include introduction and training in the specific processes and standard templates used by the business unit and program.
Work Authorization Statement:
The position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. “US Person” includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

Entry Level: Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelors degree) or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. 4 years' related work experience).
Associate: Bachelor's degree and typically 1 or more years’ related work experience, a Master’s degree and typically 1 or more years’ related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Summary Pay Range for Entry Level: $47,000 - $83,000
Summary Pay Range for Associate: $66,300 - $89,700
