Securitized Products Origination Analyst

As Barclays Securitized Products Origination Analyst on the Securitized Products Origination team, you will collaborate with bankers on transaction execution and new business origination activities. You will gain exposure to all the relevant facets of a capital markets transaction, from financial analysis/modeling, industry and market-based research, preparation of offering memoranda, coordination of internal and external processes and warehouse facilities and assistance in the proposals, and other written materials/client presentations.
Salary / Rate Minimum: 110,000
Salary / Rate Maximum: 125,000

What will you be doing?
• Coordinating with investors, rating agencies, internal and external counsel and accountants to execute term ABS and warehouse lending positions for the firm
• Managing analyst workflow for live deals and prospective client opportunities
• Being responsible for creating comprehensive marketing and pitch materials, rating agency presentations and sales memos
• Participating in roadshow activities for primary new issue transactions
• Analyzing various types of collateral using CAS or Excel
• Being responsible for drafting term sheets for new business opportunities
• Reviewing and commenting on legal documentation for term ABS and warehouse lending
What we’re looking for:
• Bachelor's degree and one year of work experience in a finance role
• Over one year of experience of working with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Skills that will help you in the role:
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to successfully manage multiple tasks on strict deadlines
• Prior experience interfacing with internal/external stakeholders
• Experience with CAS and Intex preferred, but not required
