What you’ll do
Position title: SAP iXp Intern – Customer Success Workforce Readiness Global Operations Intern
Location: Newtown Square, PA, USA
Duration: 6 month internship with (potential 6 month extension)
Expected Start date: June/July 2024
Work Schedule: 20-40 HR/Week (mininum 20 hours a week in Fall 2024 semester)
Remote / Hybrid: 1-2 days onsite in Newtown Square, Pa, Remote other days of week.
The Customer Success Workforce Readiness Global Operations Intern will support the following:
• Support the planning and implementation of projects aligned with Attract & Hire and Stakeholder Engagement.
• Provide key communications and resource updates
• Analyze data from survey’s and Weekly reporting
• On-going and ad-hoc projects related to content delivery, performance tracking, and field coordination of Academy associates.

Meet your team
The Customer Success Workforce Readiness (CSWR) organization was established to build upon the strong foundation of the ten-month SAP Academy for Customer Success and continue to support the development journey of the Academy associates across a three-year journey. The global team is responsible for all field related activities from demand planning and recruiting through year 3 with SAP. The core focus of this team is to increase productivity and business impact by creating an optimal field experience for our associates to accelerate their development in customer facing roles.

Compensation Range Transparency : SAP believes the value of pay transparency contributes towards an honest and supportive culture and is a significant step toward demonstrating SAP’s commitment to pay equity. SAP provides the hourly base salary rate range applicable for the posted role. The targeted range for this position is 15 - 62 (USD) USD. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidates will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process. SAP offers limited benefits for employees hired into hourly or like roles subject to appliable plan/policy terms.
