As a member of the corporate marketing team, the National Marketing intern will provide day to day support for the Brand and Digital teams through project management of existing marketing programs, while assisting with the development and implementation of new initiatives aligned with company goals. This position will be for at least 7 months from May to December 2024 with a potential for an internship extension into 2025.

The National Marketing Intern will:

• Provide project management support for the brand and digital marketing teams, coordinating execution of on-time, on-brand, on-budget marketing deliverables.
• Provide ongoing management of project management tools to support marketing projects and programs.
• Manage documentation and organization of corporate marketing assets, processes, procedures, and documentation, and provide recommendations for ongoing opportunities to streamline and ensure timely and consistent updates.
• Build relationships and partner across the Corporate Marketing team to identify opportunities to streamline and improve processes and programs.
• Support additional ad hoc marketing initiatives as assigned
• Learn our core values and why they drive everything we do
• Translate classroom experience into practical application during the internship
• Participate in cross-functional projects involving other interns and business leaders centered around current business challenges
• Present real world business recommendations to senior leadership that can help drive our strategy
• Write a paper focusing on the experience or another assigned topic

Qualifications

• Actively pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or related field preferred
• Creative, solution-oriented problem solver with project management experience
• Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills with strong attention to detail; ability to edit and proofread materials for grammar and content
• Advanced computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Teams applications a plus
• Highly organized and flexible with the ability to prioritize multiple projects and meet deadlines in a high-volume, fast-paced work environment
• Strong team player with the ability to work well within cross-functional teams
