Enrollment Coordinator

The Hult North American Undergraduate Enrollment Team is looking to hire an Enrollment Coordinator/Application Manager with full-time hours and responsibilities. This role would be an integral part of the enrollment team in North America. We are looking for a self-starter, team-oriented person based in Denver, CO who wants to help us find outstanding students for our global business school!

Key Responsibilities

• Acting as the initial contact for all student applicants by collecting documents, scheduling interviews, and screening before review by our admissions team
• Manage a pipeline of interested students and applicants to ensure appropriate follow-up
• Create Salesforce campaigns to track lead generation efforts
• Support the Enrollment team with additional projects and create materials as needed
• Support team’s efforts to meet and exceed team KPIs
• Travel when needed to support at college fairs, school visits and other events
• Interacting with customers in a professional manner, in line with the brand values and principles

Qualifications:

• Exceptional interpersonal and inter-cultural communication skills
• Self-motivated and driven
• Open to feedback and seeks growth
• Works well in a team environment
• Fluency in English. Proficient in Spanish preferred
• Experience in sales or customer service preferred
• Detail-oriented
• Customer-focused
• Ambitious and target oriented

Salary Range: $45,000- $52,000
