SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE:One year of specialized experience equivalent to the NH-02 or equivalent grade levels or bands in the Federal service which includes 1) Managing a Equal Employment Opportunity program for a large organization; and 2) Analyzing workforce demographic and diversity data to monitor the progress in achieving Equal Employment Opportunity goals; and 3) Advising Managers and employees on Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) policies/procedures, and laws/regulations. You will be evaluated on the basis of your level of competency in the following areas: Analysis and Research Assessment and Compliance Review Communications Program Management Time in Grade Requirement: Applicants who have held a General Schedule (GS) position within the last 52 weeks must have 52 weeks of Federal service at the next lower grade or equivalent (GS-11 / NH-02).
The U.S. Army Communications-Electronics Command (CECOM) is the Army’s materiel integrator for Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Cyber, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (C5ISR) readiness. As a major subordinate command of the U.S. Army Materiel Command (AMC), CECOM collaborates with Army Commands, Program Executive Offices, other AMC commands, and industry partners to provide, integrate, and sustain world-class C5ISR hardware, software, and mission command capabilities for the joint warfighter.
