    What you’ll be doing...

    Continuous improvement efforts drive our business and you will work with customer technical teams to provide 5G solutions for customers' internetworking communications requirements. You will be performing routed/switched network design activity for our MPN (Mobile Private Network) large enterprise customer data networks on the 5G core network (SMF/UPF). As the main interface to customers in support of their WAN/LAN enterprise projects, you will make us better by building great enterprise customer data networks and automating those tasks.

    You will collaborate on design calls for new 5G customer solutions related to Business Internet, telematics, public safety services, streaming services, VR and AR services, etc.

    • Creating MOPs, scheduling, and deploying of PE routers, access, and border leaf configurations for SMF/UPF deployments.
    • Investigating, crafting, planning, and implementing transport solutions, such as VPN, PIP, and FES connections.
    • Partnering with customer teams to develop solutions that support the enterprise customer requirements.
    • Preparing network schematics to define and illustrate network design solutions.
    • Providing IP addressing and routing strategies.
    • Preparing detailed MOP requests for technicians.
    • Partnering with internal teams to automate new features and services.

    What we’re looking for...

    Your technical skills are top notch, and you are known for digging into the details to find the best solutions. You know how to get to the bottom of your customers’ needs, and how to manage your partners’ expectations. Talking to people comes very naturally to you and you have an ability to communicate complex information in a way that people understand – whether verbal or written.

    You’ll need to have:

    • Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
    • Four or more years of relevant work experience.
    • Expertise of configuration and routing protocols such as BGP, MPLS, IPSec, OSPF, VPN.
    • Experience in creating MOPs with pre- and post- checks.

    Even better if you have one or more of the following:

    • A degree.
    • Cisco Certified Network Administrator (CCNA) certification.
    • Experience with Cisco, Juniper, Ericsson and/or Nokia routing and internal wireless products.
    • Project management experience.
    • Experience with contemporary technologies including MPLS, TCP/IP, IPSec, BGP, QoS, IP Telephony, Multicast, and/or other similar tools.
    • Technical knowledge and CCNP experience.
    • Designed and implemented large scale customer networks.
    • Engineering experience of capacity planning and analysis of long term trends.
    • Knowledge of 4G and/or 5G Networks and call flows.
