The Research Technician safely performs specialized R&D assignments, involving testing, analyzing, improving, installing, operating, and/or solving problems concerning our processes, equipment, and products for pre-applied and liquid waterproofing group.

Main responsibilities include:

• Prepares/processes materials samples including:
  • Active involvement in standard and exploratory experiment design for pre-applied and liquid waterproofing materials.
  • Routine laboratory activity to make or prep materials and test samples,
• Development work with non-routine R&D assignments such as the design of fixtures for experimental set-up and establishing proper data acquisition.
• Collects data and reports scientific and engineering data from laboratory equipment.
• Maintains laboratories and equipment including set-up, operation and troubleshooting of experimental equipment or instruments.

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma with 1-5 years of experience
• Knowledge of MS Office
• Hands on experience in general laboratory including proper chemical handling.
