What It's Like

The intern will work alongside leadership to leverage internal systems and tools to analyze and deliver data for Sales Development.

What You'll Do

• Analyze existing reports to provide meaningful data within the T-Mobile for Business Sales Development team
• Create supplemental reports that will provide additional information to analyze data between Sales Development teams and T-Mobile for Business field teams
  Support leadership by leveraging data points across KPIs to bridge performance gaps

Key Responsibilities

• Pushing reports to team with week over week progress
• Analyzing current reports and communicate
• Building reports that support current KPI focuses, incentives, sales spiffs

What It Takes

• Pursuing Bachelor's degree in Data Reporting or Analytics
• Experience with data analytics and reporting
• Experience with Salesforce
• Effective communication with business acumen

​Minimum Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age
• Legally authorized to work in the United States
• High School Diploma or GED
• Must be actively enrolled in a degree program or graduated within the last year
• Employees of T-Mobile or Metro by T-Mobile are ineligible for Internships

Employer does not sponsor work visas for this position. Note that this also applies to individuals who are students in F-1 status who desire sponsorship after they complete their education

Relocation reimbursement may be provided to program participants who reside more than 50 miles from the internship location

Intern wages range from $20/hour to $40/hour. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on experience/location
