    This is a 12-week paid learning experience during which you’ll be able to connect and network with other interns and leaders within the company. We’ll give you hands-on projects and the chance to create an immediate impact.

    What It's Like

    The intern will gain exposure to Emergency Services Applications and Real-time Charging Platforms.

    What You'll Do

    The System Design intern will work cross functionally with Engineering, Handset teams, and other stakeholders to implement and certify new products and services with focus on customer experience. They will be responsible for working to design, vendor and validate various software releases for Emergency Services/Charging solutions. They will also be responsible for developing Acceptance Test plan test cases, executing the tests that validate the product specifications and document the test results.

    What It Takes

    • Actively pursuing Bachelors Degree in electrical, electronic, telecommunications, or computer engineering
    • Experience in communicating with users, other technical teams, and management to collect requirements, describe software product features, and technical designs
    • Familiarity with Mobile network and how Device works (Voice, Messaging, Data, Apps, etc.)
    • Familiarity with networking protocols (HTTP/S, SIP, DIAMETER)
    • Familiarity with any cloud architecture (Azure, AWS, Kubernetes, etc.)
    • Familiarity with mobile operating systems like iOS, Android & also applications on Windows and Mac OS
    • Good understanding in any programming languages in at least one of the following: Python, Java
    • Good understanding of any in at least one of the following automation frameworks: Selenium Web Driver is a plus/TestNG
    • Familiarity with mobile application testing tools, emulators, and mobile application development environment if any
    • Great attitude and a willingness to learn.

    Minimum Qualifications

    • At least 18 years of age
    • Legally authorized to work in the United States
    • High School Diploma or GED
    • Must be actively enrolled in a degree program or graduated within the last year
    • Employees of T-Mobile or Metro by T-Mobile are ineligible for Internships

    Employer does not sponsor work visas for this position. Note that this also applies to individuals who are students in F-1 status who desire sponsorship after they complete their education

    Relocation reimbursement may be provided to program participants who reside more than 50 miles from the internship location

    Intern wages range from $20/hour to $40/hour. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on experience/location
