LTIMindtree Technical Internship (US Citizen or GC only) - NJ

As you take your first step into the Corporate World, LTIMindtree is committed to nurturing Top Talent. Note: This is a paid summer internship. All interns must be available to work 30-40 hours a week from June 2024- August 2024.

Our 8-week incubator program is your golden ticket to dive deep into the realms of product development, offering a unique blend of learning, creating, and innovating. If you're a college student with a spark for entrepreneurship and a desire to see your ideas come to life, you're in the right place.

• Create Real Products: Embark on an end-to-end product development journey, tackling actual problem states we’re solving with our clients. From market research to reaching market fit, and from prototyping to user feedback, you'll do it all by utilizing our trademark Jumpstart framework.
• Thought Leadership: Elevate your experience by crafting thought leadership content on your product. Share your insights, learnings, and the journey of bringing a concept to market, shaping you into a subject matter authority.
• Hands-On Learning: Engage in co-ideation with our experts, dive into prototyping with tools like Figma, and experiment with no-code/low-code platforms to bring your ideas to life.
• Expert Mentorship: Learn from the best. Our subject matter experts from LTIMindtree and our technology partners will guide, mentor, and inspire you every step of the way.
• Mix Intrapreneurship with A Love For Entrepreneurship: Learn how to innovate while being enabled by the vast resources and partnerships available to large enterprises.

The Experience

• Hybrid Work Model: Enjoy the flexibility of working from our innovation lab in Warren, NJ, and remotely. Immerse yourself in a creative environment 2-3 times a week with your mentors and team.
• Apply Solo or As A Team: Whether you're a lone wolf or prefer the company of fellow innovators, apply individually or with friends. We're forming a dream team of 4 interns this summer.

• Creators at Heart: You have a creator’s mindset, eager to explore every stage of the product life cycle and willing to get your hands dirty with low code/no-code tools like Figma, Squarespace and Retool. This is perfect for the designers, the developers, the product lovers.
• Entrepreneurial Minds: You’re ready to learn the ropes of product development and keen to dive into entrepreneurial best practices.
• Commuting Champions: Located near the convenient Sommerset Train Station, our lab is easily accessible, making your commute a breeze.

• All IP Belongs to LTIMindtree: As part of this immersive experience, any and all intellectual property developed during the internship will belong to LTIMindtree. This is your chance to contribute to real, impactful projects with a leading innovation studio.
